Our mission is rooted in Philippians 4:13: ‘I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.’ We are licensed, insured, and committed to providing care that supports the mind, body, and soul.

Message from the founder

Hello, my name is Stephanie Feare, and I am the proud founder of Touched by an Angel's Hands Private Home Care.

I am a woman who loves God, and He is the center of my life — so it was only natural that He would also be the center of this business. The name Touched by an Angel's Hands Private Home Care is not just a title — it’s the name God placed on my heart.

I’ve worked in healthcare for over 16 years, and throughout my journey, I’ve built deep, meaningful connections with the clients I’ve served. It hasn’t always been easy, but my passion for caring for others has never wavered. I truly love what I do.

I’m a wife to my loving husband Neil Feare, and a proud mother of three amazing children — Tiffany, Sheneil, and Tyrese. They are my greatest blessings and inspiration.

I returned to school to pursue a degree in Business Administration and earned a certificate in Computerized Accounting to prepare myself for this next chapter. Over the years, many of my clients have told me, “You’re a natural — you should start your own business.” I prayed on it, and I waited patiently for God’s direction.

And now, here I am — stepping out in faith with a calling to serve. Along with my dedicated team, we are here to care for you and your loved ones with compassion, excellence, and the heart of Christ.
